Instructions:

The quota request form of semester 2/2024 starts from November 25, 2024 at 13.00 until November 27, 2024 at 13.00.

1. Quota Form Format: 

• Select your batch carefully. Wrong selection will not be considered.

• Courses will be selected based on the study date and time slot. You can choose only one subject per time slot.

2. Submission Guidelines:

• The program will use the most recent response for course selection, if students submit the information multiple times.
  • ** It is recommended to submit only once and ensure all information is accurate and complete before final submission.
• The quota will be rejected, if students fill their own student ID incorrectly.
• For the course that requests have reached the number of maximum capacity, the quota will be allocated to the SENIOR students first, then junior students. (on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis)
  • Except the 'required minor courses', students in that minor will be considered first.
• Student will receive auto-reply email, after submitting the form. Make sure you get the reply.
